Campfire Grill restaurant Stone Mountain,Ga

This was the first time my husband and I have ever been to Stone Mountain we stayed at the Stone Mountain Inn and we LOVED it!!! But then we went across the street to the park to eat lunch so we decided to try the campfire grill restaurant Hugh mistake our waitress was maybe 15 years old she had NO clue about ANYTHING on the menu or anything else there!!! Finally when we got our food the chicken was sooo greasey that I could not eat it and the vegetables and potatoes were cooked to death I picked on some of them and left the rest on my plate the young waitress never said a word like was something wrong with your food or can I get you something else... Not one word then to make matters worse I ask for a drink to go and the cup was so small that I just laughed outloud!!! Needless to say that we will not be going back there to eat anytime soon!!! I feel like we just threw good money out the window!!! But Nobody there seemed to care if we ever came back or not!!!

OMG There's a ROACH in my HAIR

My husband and I are from GA. It was Mothers Day, and we decided to visit Stone Mountain with our three year old son to eat at Mrs. Katie's restaurant located inside Crossroads inside the park. Well, Mrs. Katie's is gone now. The new restaurant that stands there is called the Campfire Grill. We thought we would give it a tru, as one of the park attendants toldbme that the new restaurant was much better than Mrs. Katie's. Well, all was well until I sat down at my table and felt something hit my hair. I reached up, thinking that my hair had just moved over. NO. I HAD A ROACH IN MY HAIR AND I HADN'T EVEN THREE MINUTES. Three employees (one host, two servers) stood there open mouthed and not moving a single helping hand as I struggled to get away from the roach that ended up on my pants and then my foot. I will never go back there, never eat their food. Not a very nice first impression, Campfire Grill. Yall are disgusting

I have visited campfire grill. It was great.

Roach?? Whatever!!

It a mountain, u are lucky it was a snake or a bear. Lol

What ever.......... you are in a park in the woods.

Really, you dont think 1 bug will get in, use your common sense lady.

I'm thinking you brought the roach with you. Doubt if the roach picked you out of the crowd in the daytime and decided to jump on you rather than hang out in the kitchen under the fryers and fridges.

What did you want the employees, dig through your hair??

I would stand there too.
