Impossible return
I filed a complaint with the credit union that issued my Visa card. The credit union refunded the money and I finally got an email from Camperid telling me to field destroy the item so it couldn’t be resold.
After I sent in photos of the destroyed item they told me that they couldn’t issue a refund because of the “charge back” issues and I’d need to contact my financial institutions for a refund. Moral of this story is absolutely don’t do business with these people!!!!
Contacted there Customer Service and after a big run around they told me keep the incorrect model and they would ship the correct one. Well they shipped another one but it was identical to the first.
Wrong color and missing an adapter plate.
Again I contacted Customer Service and got the same run around. Its now been almost 4 weeks since the original order and these people cant make arrangements for me to return the item for a refund.
My advice is dont do business with this company!!!
