Motor hesitates when it comes on
Ive called three times. Been on hold for 20 minutes each time.
Just somebody answer the damn phone.
when the air pressure in the tank gets down to 100 psis motor comes on hesitates. If I keep using the air out of the tank to where I dropped down to 90 psis or below no hesitation, motor runs fine.

We could not find on the internet nor phone calls get any information about service center/warranty provider's locations in my area. We tried several different websites and phone numbers but to no avail.

It had nothing to do with Campbell Hausfeld it was due to inclement weather which backed up all the hubs in FedEx and the mail right now my problem hasn't been fixed but the people who answered the ph
The only thing that happened was there's bad weather which boxed up everything being shipped or delivered Campbell Hausfeld help me out in every way they could but the fact Still Remains I don't have my part in it could be up to five more days which is really really inconvenient

Need compressor service
try getting my compressor fix there's no one that will fix it that is 70 miles away from my location. so now they're sending me the parts for me to fix my own compressor.
so if I don't work after this you guys need to send me a new compressor or I'm going to write a hold of a review and. I report to the BBB Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs thank you have a nice day.
your guys's manufacturing warranty sucks you guys need to find out a better way to run that warranty. this is the last time I'll ever buy a product when your edges company.

Tank has sprung a leak - never Campbell Hausfeld
10 year old 220 volt compressor has sprung a leak in the 60 gallon tank. Not possible to repair and no parts available. Sad that with about 100 hours of use I must scrap it.

I purchased a defective pressure washer from Campbell Hausfeld
I purchased a pressure washer from PressureWashers.Direct.com. The manufacturer is Campbell Hausfeld.
The first time I used the machine, it smelled of burning rubber and after five minutes, smoke and flames came out of the machine. When I contacted PressureWashersDirect.com, they sent me to Campbell Hausfeld who kept me on hold three times for a total of 64 minutes. When I finally got a human, she said they were closing in ten seconds and hung up on me.
This is not only horrible customer service but is fraud! These companies rely on customers like me giving up!
I will not as this is wrong and unfair. Shame on both companies.
