I contacted Panasonic for 6pin and 4pin for pv-Gs29 and they gave me the wrong cord holding me from the process of media business causing me multi-millions in loses. This was from send the wrong USB cord.
They showed insuffency in fixing the part at a time of me being a star of a large buffoon.

I ORDERED A CAMCORDER FROM UNBEATABLE SALES BY GOING THROUGH THE AMERICAN ADVANTAGE FREQUENT FLYER MILES SHOPPING PORTAL. I DO THIS ALL THE TIME WITH OTHER COMPANIES WITH NO ISSUE.
I HAVE NEVER RETURNED AN ITEM UNTIL I GOT THIS ONE. UNFORTUNATELY I AM STUCK WITH A $66.40 PIECE OF JUNK I CANT SEND BACK. I HAVE NEVER USED IT BUT OPENING THE BOX I COULD TELL THIS WAS A CHEAP IMITATION OF WHAT I INTENDED TO BE SENT. I CALLED TO RETURN THE ITEM AND WAS GIVEN CONSTANT RESPONSES THAT I WOULD BE CALLED BACK OR EMAILED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
NO SUCH LUCK. I PURSUED RETURNING AND EVENTUALLY THE 30 DAYS PASSED AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP OR EXPLAIN WHY THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS. I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND STILL WAS SENT BACK TO UNBEATABLE SALES.COM I EVEN CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND I FILED A DISPUTE. THE CREDIT CARD EVEN SEEMS TO HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER THE ISSUE.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN ITEM NEVER USED AND WHICH I AM NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

i bought one of there camcorders and received it two weeks later it arrived, and realised the picture was terrible and never recorded properly, so i contacted customer service and returned it all they offered me was another camera where i would have to fork more money out for them to send it to me, instead of risking that i asked for my money and they said could not find the item i returned so therefore they could not return my money to me, so i have lost over forty pound, and the problem is still on going and they are rude and never answer my questions and there is no direct contact telephone number. i will never recommend them to anyone complete rubbish.
