Terrible experience
- - Product ordered was back ordered with no delivery date, cancellations were not allowed, and the payment was canceled with Camco.
Ordered a product and was told, product was on back order with no expected date for delivery. Tried to cancel the order and was told.
" Once an order is made we cannot cancel, update or edit". I cancel the credit card payment with Camco. I suppose I could just let Camco take my payment and be patient but after thier reply to me I got a bad gut feeling.
Is this even a real company??
I have my doughts. Buyer Beware!!

- - One day late due to banks closing on a holiday resulted in a full month charge, unlike other companies that charge a small late fee.
Was 1 day late due to banks being closed on holiday I got charged a full month vs a simple late fee like other companies (1$ day or something smaller) these people are sheisters to say the least. They are a bunch of money grubbing crooks.

This is a replacement hose, the hose previous busted a leak by the heater cord under the black sleeve protecting the heat cord. This hose just now did that.
It is a 300$ hose rated for -40 it's not even hit 0 yet. I dnt know why I have yet another defected hose. I bought through Amazon and my account was hacked and it no longer shows any of my purchase history.
This isn't a cheap product. I need this resolved

Being a former employee there, this issue has been going on for the past 5 years, Upper Management is aware, QC, is aware, Engineers are aware, none of them seem to think that this is not a big issue. If you call them they will replace with the same item.
