Bluetooth antenna not working on a XR 85

Tried contacting customer service through the 800 number three days in a row about 5-10 times every day. Continuously got a call back signal.

Was not able to contact customer service after about 25 tries over three days. Very frustrating!

Bluetooth antenna not working on a XR 85

Ive been trying the 800 number for three days now and I only get a call failed every time I dial. Very frustrating. This is not good customer service.

StreamMagic App is Terrible

I purchased a Cambridge Azur 851N streaming unit and it works very well with Spotify

I subscribed to Qobuz for its high resolution and had to download the Cambridge StreamMagic App to link the 2 together. The App is not user friendly, is poorly designed and does not link all of the Qobuz selections

There is NO customer service from Cambridge to help subscribers either on line or by phone.

The phone number listed was no longer in service!

The StreamMagic App looks like it was designed as a middle school project

I can not seeing payment $190 yearly to Qobuz when the StreamMagic App does not allow me to download more than just a few offers per artist and the App layout is absolutely pathetic

They could learn a LOT from Spotify

The Cambridge streaming unit itself is a nice piece of equipment however. A shame their App Techs didnt follow through as well as the hardware techs did

About my cd transport

Sometimes when I put a cdr in the cxc transport it doesn't read it or the cdr doesn't play all the tracks on the cdr or sometimes when I put a cdr in it it might take a few minutes to read the cdr I don't know if it's the transport or the cdrs it plays regular cds okay I guess please let me know about this

I tried to order the power pack gizmo that powers my CA Al / DL whatever they call this thing...

Either the phone number is wrong, A, or they are now a taco food truck in Boston or Pissed Cosumer is some American professional whiner group that has brought litigation against another company for 500 billion..

Who cares ? I just want to decide if this is a fixable issue or if it's a paper weight
