Cambria counters update 6/12/2025Called cambria today before installers got here to see what cambria’s stellar warranty covers……are you sitting down….you will not be disappointed…..IT COVERS CHALKY WHITE SPOTS!!!!!! That is what they note as manufacturer defeats.
Thats it. Call them and ask them yourself. Boggles the mind. $14000 for counters with a warranty that covers chalky white spots (they are so embarrassed by this they can’t note that on their website?) Customer has to call and demand to know what their stellar warranty covers, so basically THERE IS NO WARRANTY.
So misleading bc they say they have an outstanding warranty. Hahaha!Rex Nelson (the big wig that came to my house in April to watch the guys fix the chips in my counters) and his team at cambria would like to thank all of you (and myself) for the money you have personally put into their pockets. Rex and his buddies would not do a damn thing to rectify my issues with the counters. (Again 8-10 chips, then after being “fixed” there were 8-10 nice little shiny spots on my counters.
Totally visible every single day. A nasty reminder of how much these damn things cost! $14,000 for shiny spots. No where in ANY of the cambria documentation, or website does it say anything about the customer could be getting a countertop with chips in it and that is normal!!!!!
ITS NOT OKAY!!!!!It took 2 standup companies to make things right. Doug Beyersdoerfer, owner of Stone Statements, (on Fields Ertle Rd, Cincinnati, Oh) and Dave & Matt at Select Kitchens and Design (Fields Ertle and Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, Oh) ATE THE COST!!!!! Cambria surely did NOT bring anything to the table they just looked away. Doug and his team were out June 12, 2025 to uninstall two slabs (that had the chips, now shiny spots), sink and cooktop, then reinstalled the 2 slabs, sink and cooktop.
They did a fantastic job. Doug’s team were amazing. All around great people to work with and to top it off Doug bought a second sink (the exact one I had) just in case mine got damaged in the uninstall phase!!! Who does that!!???
(talking about going above and beyond). I didn’t ask him to do that. Doug, thank you for thinking ahead and going the extra mile!Hey cambria - That is what customer service is all about! Clearly REX NELSON and the cambria family could learn a thing or two from Doug!
To this day I have NOT received an apology from anyone at cambria. Your business is afloat because people buy your product, treat them like *** and they will go elsewhere!Guess where I am going for counters for our next remodel…. Stone Statements. Guess what counters I will NEVER be buying again…….cambria!!!.
Why should I, their warranty SUCKs. It only covers chalky white spots and it’s transferable! Congratulation to wh ever buys our house when we sell it in two years. You get a NOTHING WARRANTY, COURTESY OF CAMBRIA.

Cambria does not stand behind their products; they are misrepresenting their company. They lie about how fantastic their product is and claim to have such high standards. It's all a crock of crap.
Where the *** is QC letting a defective slab of quartz get to the homeowner and be installed? Ridiculous.
Warranty is supposed to be fabulous, except for if you need to use it. What the *** good is the warranty? Fix chips or cracks or discoloration that you will always see?!
How about that blue color in the chipped/ filled area? Counters are white and taupe, not blue (see attached pic). Like that doesnt stand out? Oh nice fix! I will never be able to miss that. Good grief.
Figure it out Cambria, people come to you for good quality countertops, awesome customer service, high standards (Cambria you control what goes into your counter because you MAKE THEM YOURSELVES!). They should be flawless!!! Nope! What a joke. They come straight from the factory with.chips! (Salsa not included).
Pretty sure the other folks out there that have gotten crap counters from you guys are just as fed up with companies like you, as I am!
LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES AND MIGHT IT RIGHT!!! Youre misleading the customers and delivering a poor quality product. Then telling the customer we will fill in the crack or chip but thats all we can do. Youre stuck with those counters. That will bite you in the *** Thats called KARMA.

Horrible company that doesn't stand behind it's product. We ordered a quartz described as "tan, cream, soft grey with steel grey veins" yet received green and white.
Company refused to help in any fashion even after high level executive noted that green color had been evident for 9 years prior yet not disclosed. NEVER use - false advertising at its best!!

What can I say? I was duped!
False claims, they dont stand behind their product, quality issues (chips), their fix is less than desirable. My counter had chips which a tech came out and fixed, now I have discolored shiny spots on my counters. Oh JOY! I thought I did my due diligence.
The Kitchen guy I am working with has been trying to get a resolution for days. I am ready to have them remove all my counters (But of course these greedy idiots wont take the counters back and refund me) I guess business is down these days and you have to get money any way you can.
Lie and cheat!
$14,000 for a smidge over 100sq ft. They could care less in making things right.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company delivered the material to the fabricator on June 9th, in keeping with what the regional sales rep told me would happen.
I have not seen the material yet and the actual installation is not even scheduled yet. But Cambria finally did its part in resolving the issue.
I ordered and paid for what I expected to be top quality Hermitage quartz countertops and backsplashes in early January 2023 from a fabricator in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Six months later I still do not have them.
They were to be fabricated out of a "super jumbo slab". The fabricator gave me multiple estimated installation dates, always moving the timing out. The last one was "indeterminate". So I called Cambria directly and asked them what is going on with super jumbo slabs.
I was told production of all such slabs has been suspended. I was given no estimated production timing and was told I have to work with their distribution center (in the Chicago area) or my local fabricator for any further information.

Poor fabrication, poor installation. They will not refund my money.
My problem has been ongoing since Dec 2021. They want to patch up bad work.
Fab Shop did the fabrication and another subcontractor did the bad install These items were purchased thru Cabinet Creations Kettering Ohio. They are not helpful either.

These people dont want to be responsible for any botched up installation.countertops installed 2 weeks ago and measurements and fabrication is all off. None of the appliances will fit, they even cut out chunks of drywall to try and make countertop fit they shimmed up the countertops on the one end and can see top edge of cabinets.every thing is over a half inch bigger than blue print measurements.desired finish on edge was not done.
Finally talked to the district manager and he never followed up with return phone call about when and how they plan on fixing this problem. I still do not have a kitchen to use.

REFUSES TO BACK UP THIER WARRANTY FOR CRACKS
HAD CAMBRIA COUNTER TOP INSTALLED. CRACK APPEARED. CAMBRIA STATES THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HAVING MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN THIER PRODUCTS REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL.

Cambria Countertop Review
Kitchen countertop material I purchased at great expense is overall unsatisfactory. Installation was inaccurate and unfortunately the product quality if any was overshadowed.
Advertising is exaggerated.
Stick with granite and be sure to firstsee the entire slabpiece before then see some installations. Cambria is a poor value even for a synthetic man made piece of rock!
