Very upset customer

Not sure if it had anything to with the review I wrote but Cambria Hotel did refund my Instacart order of $78.01 I but in stead of putting it right back on my card they are making me wait 1-3 days it has been over a month since this happened but ok thank full for that... I'm really so upset about the way I was treated never have I been treated like this from such a upscale hotel.

.I just paid $ 367.00 right after they took my money they put me put I had to pay another $ 376.00 for a different hotel for the night I don't have that kind of money and I feel They Owe me some kind of refund if not a full refund because of the way they handled this they also charged my credit card the next day at 9:16pm I was not there.. what does anyone think about this I feel very wronged...any comments would be greatly appreciated

I stay at the Cambria hotel in Rohnert Park my boyfriend was also with me and who has recently been diagnosed with schizophrenia the first night went great went down the next morning to pay and she took my money we were having a conversation everything was fine she looked at my boyfriend and said I may send you through ice in the hallway please don't do that again he agreed he said sorry I had no idea and she proceeded to make our room keys and we went back up to her room I proceeded to order groceries from instacart and $80 order and we were going to go downstairs to the lobby and go outside and have a cigarette as we walked out the door of our room the lady from the front desk and the maintenance man is halfway in the hallway told us that we had to leave the hotel he escorted us back to our room opened the door with her key told us we had 15 minutes to get our stuff and get out I asked her why she never gave me an answer we went in really fast got our stuff and we're escorted out to the lobby where there was quite a few guests out the front door we proceeded to sit there I called a cab we were waiting for a cab she comes out I don't know 20 minutes later we're still waiting for the cab says she's on the phone with the police and we need to get off the property at that moment I got a picture on the phone but the instacart delivery had been delivered to my door I asked for May I please go back in and get my my groceries she told me no so we left the property still I do not know why we got kicked out no one has ever explained that to me so they kept my money they still have not paid me for my groceries which is the manager said he was going to has not put it on my back in my bank I feel I was treated like a criminal I was paying guest yes I'm responsible for my guest but you need to tell me why I'm being asked to leave your hotel that was never done I would like a full refund and the way I've been treated afterwards is even worse when he told me the manager of the hotel told me that he would refund my $80 for my groceries to sat in his closet and rotted it mind you he still has not paid me that that's what was over a week ago he told me I will put the grocery money back on your card if it's your card that's rude it is my card I run a million dollar business and I've never been treated like this by a hotel I'm just in shock of how I have been treated by them any feedback would be greatly appreciated thank you

I understand stand that but the way i was treated I believe was so uncalled for..we were at the front desk she addressed The ice issue (which I had no idea it happened) he said he was sorry she said okay and gave me my room key... The problem I have is I'm the paying guest he was not on the room and I know I'm responsible for my quest, the issue is when they come up stairs to tell me I had 15 minutes get my things And get out after just paid $367.00 for room and not telling me why and excorting out through the lobby like I was a criminal and then as I scramble to book a room somewhere else and was waiting for taxi on the side of the hotel so I was not blocking the door she comes out on the phone she called the police I said I was waiting for a taxi and asked if I could get my Instacart order she said no still on the phone with the police and I walked off the property still not knowing why this happened...I didn't do anything wrong and if my quest did as the paying coustmer I feel I should have been told not treated like a criminal..an I wrong???

Cambria Bikes Experience

I happened upon this page. I am glad to provide first input on Cambria Bikes.

Great service, great prices. Bought many things there (online) and never had an issue.

Honestly, I don't see how they do it. check out their wheel prices, some are priced below their competitors' "on sale" prices FOR HUB ONLY.
