- 5 days to get a human reply about a missing strap.

- Tracking wasn’t emailed in 1–3 days; follow-up sent it.
While they did eventually end up solving my problem about my missing strap, it did take them 5 days to have an actual person get back to me. I will give it to them though, once someone got back to me, they were quick to respond in terms of telling me what colors they had available for the replacement straps and processing that shipment for me.
However, they told me that they would send me a tracking number/email within 1-3 business days and I didn't get that email within the timeframe they assigned. So, of course, after several days, I had to reach out again to customer service, and it thankfully only took them a day to get back to me with that tracking number/email. But, it turns out they had shipped it out days prior and never notified me like they said they would. Don't waste your time with this *** *** customer service.
For a bag that costed over $100, you would think they would be more mindful for their customers' time and money.
These horrendous interactions with customer service were enough to put me off their business. I will never be purchasing anything from here again.

When i made my purchase on my phone the app changed the shipping address to my billing address! There is no phone number. I used the chatbot and it suggested I talk to someone. It wanted me to pay to use a service to resolve it. ***

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Product replacements. None really.
Steer clear with this company. I recently ordered hundreds of dollars in products which they failed to deliver.
The money was taken out of my PayPal account. When the delivery did not show up or was delivered to the wrong address, they never followed up with me nor try to make it right. All you get is an AI powered Chatbot And cannot talk with an actual person. Also, there is no phone number to contact anyone.
I have never experienced such a poor level of customer care as I have with this company. They do not care about their customers.

- Hard to find a large carry-on that fits Air France rules.
- Calpak was heavy with many compartments; returns site is confusing.
Flying Air France end of August. Want largest carry on baggage that meets their regulations.
Hard to find in US. Asked GROK. Suggested several. The only one I could actually find to order was Calpak.
Im handicapped. No fingertips. When it arrived it was too heavy, too many compartments and too many zippers. Went to their returns website.
After several pages asking me why it said continue with return. Next page asked me to start shopping with the credit for my return. I dont want to shop. I just want to make a return and my money back.
Seems they have no number to call for customer service.
Ill try to send them an email tomorrow. Very frustrating.

The purchase doesn't fit my wife's expectations but it is an excellent gift and I would love to get it for my best friend and Grandaughter
