I had a visit to the E.R at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital for a broken radial bone in my left forearm on July 11, 2023. The hospital has failed to contact my Cal- optima insurance provider for the billing and have instead billed me directly for the amount of $6,040 and now wants to send it to collections
