- - I tried to cancel months ago, but I’m billed and get a box monthly.
- - The cycle repeats: new month, new order, returns, cancellation promises.
After many emails with customer service I'm still uncertain of the cancellation of my automatic shipments, I've been assured many times that they were canceled but the next month received a shipment. I have not yet been refunded for my most recent return, almost 2 weeks ago. Their website claims returns should be processed in 1-2 business days.
I first attempted to cancel my subscription months ago. Every month since then, they bill me and send me a box, and every month I contact them and say that I have canceled my subscription.
Every month, they say that they are sorry and that I can return it and that it won't happen again.
And then the cycle repeats: a new month, a new order I didn't ask for, me contacting customer service and being told I can just return it, with promises of a real cancellation this time. Exhausting.
- Pro i guess is that you will have enough kava to last you until your death
- Con being there is no quitting them
Preferred solution: I want to stop receiving monthly orders that I didn't ask for!

Hello. I feel the way this company set up their website for purchase of their items are extremely sneaky.
After you have selected the items you want purchase, and put in all of your personal information/payment information and complete purchase...all of these things pop up extremely quickly directly after they take your payment. You have yet to even see that your order was recieved and yet no purchase order number yet cause these pop up pages to. Try to up sell you into more products before that info. So they confuse you into thinking that your order didn't go through...then when you select the order you thought you put in...then BOOM!
Your order number miraculously appears and it says you purchased even more of their stuff! And the split second this happens, I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company trying to get this rectified...and all I recieved in return was an automated email saying they hope to POSSIBLY get back to me within 3 days...meanwhile, my "order" has already shipped out and stuck with an order amount that's double the desired original purchase price. Very sneaky company...they purposefully font answer you until it's too late and then you are stuck...just what they figured and wanted!
Then I received an email with the company saying that regardless of the cause I selected an extra order so they refuse to do anything cause they already shipped it out. They are quicker to fill and send out product than the are able read an email.
Their "solution" is that once I recieve their product, I can then "feel free", to file a return. Then have to fill out forms for the return.
And to add insult to injury...they stated in the email that they are going ahead and considering my issue as resolved at this point. Which, is absolutely absurd, considering nothing has been resolved!

I cancelled after the trial offer due to suffering an adverse reaction. Two months later, they charged me again, and I've called, emailed, and texted.

Have not received product, but has been paid for

I placed my order on October 11 2024 still have not received it. I sent a complaint.
They said they notice that it was not moving in shipping and that they would keep an eye on it and resend me out a new one. That has not happened. I have sent them numerous emails and I get no response. I tried using the phone number.
I found on line,no response. I cannot get a hold of anyone. They can either send me the product or give me a refund. I have never not been able to contact the company.
This is ridiculous. Bad customer service bad business.
I need someone to contact me and let me know whats going on. I am beyond pissed by now
