Resolved: Extreme delay of service and refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I needed my medicine before the winter storm hit. I got one reply from customer service stating there would be a 3-hour delay.
The charge from them had already gone through. I was patient for 4 days until I used Amazon Medical, so I wasn't out of medicine that I needed. It was half the cost and only took about an hour, and was super simple and convenient. It has now been several weeks of multiple attempts to get my refund.
I have had zero responses from them. Even though it clearly states that it's easy and no problem to get a refund if no services were rendered, which absolutely were not.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Have not received service after paying
I paid money for a quarterly membership and left my information for my prescription. I received one email confirming my payment.
Later, I realized that I had entered an incorrect phone number. I corrected it and attempted to verify the number using their 'verify phone number' button. However, I never received a verification code. There is no contact information listed on their website (CallonDoc).
I cannot get my medication, and it's been three days already.
What a nightmare. It would be better to pay a little more for a better service.

Waiting for refill for over a week
I usually don't leave reviews; however, this really bothered me. I have used CallonDoc several times and a few times I had to wait more than the 2 hours, but this time I've been waiting on 2 blood pressure medications.
I made the appointment Dec 27th and as of Jan 5th, I've heard nothing back. I asked for a refund and still, no reply.

There is no real person who can tell me how I can resolve my issue. Completey useless.
My prescription refill is not being sent to my pharmacy. It's been weeks and it's still processing.
I need it so I won't die. It is Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg oral tabs.

Waited two days to hear back from provider
After waiting two days for my appointment details to be reviewed by a provider I put in a request to cancel the appointment. The cancellation request was ignored and a provider reviewed the original appointment and I never received my refund as the website states.

Why is my script still pending??!!!!!
I am an avid callondoc user. This had been by far the longest ever I've had to wait and it's still pending. I've already done without it for the past couple of nights and I CAN NOT GO ANOTHER NIGHT WITHOUT IT

I canceled my subscription and yall just took out $60 out of my account. I need that money refunded back to my account but my car taken off the file.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I was using this company to obtain a prescription refill. On their website, there is a promo code "rxless" which when used, waves their consultation fees.
It didn't work, and I was charged the $39.99 fee.
Upon contacting the company, I was told that the code had expired,and no discount would be given. After a good deal of arguing, they offered me a $10 credit to use on my next visit. Next HA! Keep in mind, this code is on THEIR webpage, not the result of a Google search.
I checked the Better Business Bureau...oh my!
This company has an F rating, along with a warning from the BBB. Apparently they are using their name when not allowed.
Also, they are supposedtobe out of TX.

Ripoff
I went through a farce of a health interview and was told I qualified for Ozempic for weight loss. The website states that the prescription medication would be shipped to my home.
The follow-up email claimed the prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and that I would be responsible for paying for the medication. Huh? And to top it off, my pharmacy has no record of the prescription. They charged my credit card $60.00 and no refund whatsoever as the conditions of the service agreement were plainly clear.
BS. Do not ever use this company.
