I ordered a few pairs of pants for my husband. One pair was fine, but the other autofilled the wrong size from the drop-down menu.
I tried their CS chat all weekend, but it was not working. I sent an email about how to return the pants. They wanted a photo of the pants I received. Why would I try to return something to them that wasn't theirs?
All of this happened when everyone in the house got COVID. I have a terminal illness, so, of course, it made me extremely sick. The emails from CS eventually got replied, and the hoops they wanted me to jump through were not helpful and such a pain in the a@#. They didn't include a packing slip, and I finally just gave up.
I will never order from them again. The website is lousy, there is no customer service, and I am done.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. FINALLY received a full explanation and apology for long interval - Jan/24 start

Order Feb. 20,2024. 6 or 7 emails got me nowhere, nor did 6 phone messages to 888-388-****. NO REPLY HERE..Cust.
Service. Amount involved $66 CAD.

My order Id is WCA545812 and since FedEx is incapable of delivering my package on time, I want a full refunded credited to my account. I am tired of the poor service I keep getting from FedEx so cancel my order and refund my purchase.

Waiting for my credit on my credit card
I had to return two orders, WCA556473 and WCA558614 because they were too large for me. I have not received any credit. The first order was returned on June 22 of this year, and the second order was returned on June 23.
