I' still a pissed customer

I spent six months in Calipso Apartmentos, Bocas del Toro, Panama. Hot water and fridge were not provided for over a month; TV set, and curtain around the shower never.

These, as well as fast WIFI remained void promises. Everything was over-used, worn-out, while the rent about the same as other, much better places.
The conduct of the 'manager' Josue, as well as owner, Marta Gasco, was impertinent. For example, nearly a month's struggles for functional water heater and fridge, Josue was capable of writing this about the heater:
[3:54 PM, 2/7/2022] Josue Calipso: Ya te dije no soy el tecnico.cuando este listo ek calentador se te ira a poner enseguida.

I already told you, I'm not the technician. When it's ready, the heater will be put on right away.
He didnt only shrug off a basic obligation, didnt only smear it on a third party with whom I never had any business at all, not only repeatedly patronized and acted as if he had been the injured party.

On top of all this, he flatly declared I would get hot water, a fundamental amenity for which I had paid already in the rent, when this third, innocent party does the impossible, viz., repair the totally useless, obviously irreparable heater. And owner Marta Gasco tried to hide behind him, saying that he was in charge.
At the end they flatly refused to give back my deposit alleging that I hadn't left the place clean enough, and I should have bought new mattress, etc.

Of course, it was clean, and I hadn't done any harm to the mattress or anything. The real reason was that with my visa expiring, air-ticket and new accommodation booked, not speaking Spanish, I was helpless.
