Lack of communication
Horrible communication, huge delays with lame generic excuses with every step of the process, and sub contractors are slobs and consistently left their trash after jobs for me (homeowner) to pick up.
- Many great excuses
- Too many cons to list
Preferred solution: A completed job. And a reimbursement for my broken sewer line they knowingly crushed with their excavator, then covered with dirt!

Lack of communication/Horribly delayed work
- - No communication and no follow-through.
- - No sense of urgency.
- - We've lived in a construction zone since October of 2021.
Zero communication, no follow through, no sense of urgency even though we've lived in a construction zone since October of 2021. Would have chosen zero stars, but chose one star because it won't allow you to leave it blank.
Preferred solution: A completed project!
