Untrustworthy liar only wants endless sources of incomes does not care about the need of your pets
- - They tried to steal my card after order and push $15 insurance.
- - My cats order never arrived; they delayed emails and I was charged $1,092.
Dont trust this business. They tried to get my credit card info again after they accepted my order, annoyed me by continuing callings to sell me a $15 shipping insurance which should be their responsibility (free shipping over $100 order), pretended didnt see my emails when I never received my order for my cats coughing after I called them back per their request (even when i was on a trip in another state) for address updating and paid additional shipping adjustment.
They only replied two days after I emailed them telling them I would mail a complaint to the Department of Justice- Consumer Right Section, on the 12 th business day after their shipping which I never received. And they requested ME to call them back Again using the excuse that my phone number was not right while they could had just communicated via emails for alternative solutions as I suggested in emails. They again stopped emailing me back on my full refund request now. The order charged me $1092.
And I dont even trust their medicine for my pets! Might or might not mail an official complaint to the Department of Justice- Consumer Right Section, depending how busy I m for my school tast.
But I have ALL the emails records (printed out and electroic) ready on my hand, and I am public their wrongdoings irresponsibility on animla lives, and fakeness, on ALL consumer right protection websites that I used and TRUSTED. California Pet Pharmacy`s only goal is endless sources of cash inflows for their own, instead of your belonged pets` need or healthj.Not only for the money but for the JUSTICE for the lives of the innocent.
