Carpool lane I10 Westbound and eastbound
I just want to no how is it that over the course of the last 3 months as I've been commuting to LA on Sunday afternoons from Palm Desert and then leaving Santa Monica on Thursday afternoons I never see a motorcycle Patrol or a car patrol pulling over people in the carpool lane. Just 5 minutes ago between mile marker 40 and 45 I counted seven people that didn't have the specific sticker on their bumper for fender or a minimum of two occupants there were human in their vehicle.
With the only jurisdiction of Highways byways and freeways would it not be conducive to just cherry pick all these individuals breaking the law? My brain tells me jump in the carpool lane as a single occupant to get to where I'm going in a much more efficient manner but my conscience speaks otherwise. Where are the CHP?
California could reduce their deficit probably by 20% just for those that are breaking the state law? Thoughts?

Disrespectful Dispatch and Super Rude Officer
I made a complaint about vehicles parked blocking over half of the sidewalk in my neighborhood because we have a few handicap residents that go around the streets in wheelchairs and canes. The dispatcher was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to take the call seriously and continued to cut me off.
Finally, after about an hour and a half, an officer arrived to have the vehicle's owner move his vehicle from blocking the sidewalk.
This officer then contacts me on my personal phone, challenge me about why I called him out so late at night and to not call their emergency lines with these calls again. He was very rude, and I had to put him in his place and let him know he had a job to do and to not contact me again following a complaint.

Preferred solution: I’d like training for the entire force because it’s obvious these officers and dispatch personnel feel they can speak and treat the public any way they desire without consequence.
User's recommendation: Be careful the Sacramento CHP believes that don’t have to respect the citizens.
Unprofessional Officer
I for the first time in my 62 years of life witness what a rude unprofessional police officer could be on 8/13/21. My son avoiding an animal pulled over suddenly turning over his vehicle.
When I first arrived at the scene followed by officer McMahon badge 135, first thing out of the officers mouth was show me your Diver license, proof of insurance and registration. My son provided his DL and I returned to the wrecked car with glass all through the seats looking for the registration but could not find proof of insurance, my daughter-in-law texted proof of insurance that I showed the officer but he said this does not show type of coverage, it was a photo of my exact insurance card with all the information on it. Then with my son finding it hard to stand, the officer said go get your bumper that had fell off his car during the rollover, the bumper was on the side of the road not even on the highway and at least 50 feet from the car.
Iv all my life had much respect for the job our law enforcement does and am grateful they put their life on the line for our community. In 62 years never ever had any issues its a shame that as a mother seen for myself how my son was treated officer McMahon you do not represent all the other good highway patrol officers and to have the nerve to issue a ticket violation 22107 read up on the code my son never should have been given that, too bad that on that day you were the bad

Race hate towards Latina/Hispanic murder victim
A young beautiful, but poor and uneducated Latina mother was murdered by her white soon-to-be-ex-husband. He literally beat her to death and then staged an automobile "accident" to cover up his crime.
His clothes were saturated with his victim's blood, but the white CHP ruled it the result of his "serious injuries" without investigating or the obvious fact that he didn't have any bleeding injuries as the hospital records show.
He didn't have a scratch, but because the Latina victim is a member of the most hated Hispanic people, and her murderer is a precious white man, they let him go without charges to collect of his victim's life insurance. I'm an Anglo-Saxon private investigator whose now under attack by the authorities for my investigative results and if I weren't Caucasian, I'd despise all you race haters.
- Corruption & racism
Race Hate & Homicide
I am a seasoned paralegal investigator from Colorado, and two years ago, a poor uneducated Latina senior came to me asking if I'd investigate the strange circumstances of her daughter's death in an auto accident in San Bernardino County. I took pity on her, but didn't expect any surprises.
After much investigative work over two years time, and in trying to get the California Highway Patrol to reopen the case as a homicide with a mountain of circumstantial evidence and to bring in a MAIT team to resolve some of the glaring irregularities of the staged "accident.", they refused. Then I found the proverbial "smoking gun" of direct material evidence. In a series of photographs of the driver's clothes, there are large regions of blood saturation (appearing as frontal blood splatter). Yet, the CHP insists the driver suffered "severe injuries" causing those stains, where in fact he hadn't any bleeding injuries at all according to witnesses.
Absolute verification could be easily secured from records at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where the murderer went to put on a theatrical performance of being a victim of his own intentional "accident." And still, the CSP refuses to access those records without reason. Furthermore, the driver never came in direct contact with his victim following the collision. There's more evidence, but it's clear he bludgeoned her to death prior to staging an "accident." Because the driver is Caucasian, the "investigating" CSP are Caucasian, and the San Bernardino County DDA's are all Caucasian, I honestly believe this involves a race hate crime against a vulnerable Latina. I am also Caucasian and this is by far one of the worst examples of civil rights violations, social injustice, and raw racism that I've ever seen.
In fact, it's shocking that the driver never received so much as a parking ticket!
If the victim had been a young Caucasian mother bludgeoned to death by a Hispanic man - then the killer would be sitting on death row in the penitentiary right now. I call upon the Latino/Hispanic community to voice their concern over the mismanagement and disposal of this heinous capital crime of premeditated murder.

CHP Bully Officer
Officer R Rodriguez, Gave me a traffic ticket on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 morning when I was getting off the 110 Freeway on 3rd St in downtown Los Angeles. There was a lot of traffic on 3rd St and I stopped on the exit ramp with my right signal light on waiting for the traffic the clear, because I couldn’t merge into the first lane on 3rd St because of the traffic.
The officer told me that I should have kept going, there is no stop sign or yield sign. But If I kept going, I would have hit the cars already in traffic on 3rd St.
Honorable & Dedicated
The California Highway Patrol is generally honorable, dedicated, and selfless in their service to the greater society - but they too are prone to insulate their internal criminal elements from accountability (i.e. "The Blue Shield"). In the end, these evil elements leave their filthy marks on everyone.
Preferred solution: prosecute law breakers

Discrimination
Our neighbor complained about our Boat Trailer which is a PTI we never received a notification that it was due in 2015. According to Officer Aguerre it had expired in 2012 which he was actually wrong.
but our neighbor who lived across the street who is Hispanic got a warning for his unregistered non-op vehicle and ours got towed. Now is that discrimination or what???? Oh the officer offered me a chance but then changed his mind within two seconds for me to get our trailer off the street...
He must have an issue with people who look white (because my background is Chiliean and German) I look totally white with bright blue eyes.

Requesting information on driver responsible for damage to my car
On December 18, 2015 I was on the 605 fwy south bound on the diamond lane,it was late
But clear Afternoon,The fwy was bumper to bumper traffic,it was the time people were getting out of work, as I was getting close to were the two Fwy's meet I believe the 405 and 605 the traffic started
Moving faster as I was picking up speed an object was in my path on the diamond lane, without causing an accident with cars to the right of me and a wall to the left I made an effort not to over react I hit the object it went under my car I have a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta and the object damaged my transmission my car had no gears"I managed to get my car off the fwy, I checked the damage fluid was flowing out from my transmission, while I was calling my insurance a city tow truck pulled up behind me saw the damage and informed me it was A drive shaft I hit and the person it belong to was pulled to the side of the Fwy, then shortly after the Highway patrol pulled up " I told the officer what happen then we had to move my car from the off ramp, this was a young officer, the officer informed me
That the area was not his patrol " but he was going to start the report until the officer
That patrols the area finish with the party that drop the driveshaft, the young officer told me he only been an officer a year and that the other officer being his patrol area that he will be finishing the report after he's done talking with the other driver who was at fault,
We waited for at least an hour to an hour and a half I assumed the waiting was because the other officer with
ID 16882 was getting the other drivers information? While standing with both officers they told me that the other driver admitted the driveshaft was his it fell from the truck "After giving My information for the report I asked the officer with ID 16882 am I getting a copy of the drivers information that lost the drive shaft? For my insurance so I can get my car repaired The officer told me no" that they were calling it hit and run? I didn't understand ? Both officers in front of me told me The other driver admitted it was his driveshaft told the city transit about It! And why did the officer take so long to arrive at my location? I have a Good driving record not even a parking ticket in the past 30 years I take good care of my car, I'm a disable veteran on low income service related I only have PLPD insurance I can't afford the repairs" I never been in any kind of accident " and wasn't aware that the Highway Patrol can be judge and jury on site?and To make that kind of decision when their was serious damage to my only transportation everyday without my car it's causing me to stress and discomfort with my disability due to no transportation which is causing aggravation with pain by having to walk or stand for long periods, missing doctors appointments getting behind on personnel business "I also manage a house with other veterans my age
With only one car" since December I been struggling for my car repair" the officer with ID 16882 I think should of giving me the other drivers information"that's what you do if you have an accident, then it would have been up to are insurance to dispute"now I had to cancel my insurance because they wouldn't give me guidance and no car
My name: John Arredondo. Accident
License E0945171. 12/18/2015
Ncic num: 9550. Officer ID 16882
I own a 2003 Volkswagen. Jetta, Being I never been in an accident I feel it's only right I should of been given this information of the driver with faulty equipment that shouldn't of been on the Fwy at the busiest time of day that could of caused possibly a more serious accident?
Please contact me at 760-831-**** or Email me on when I can pick up this information or the reasons why?this info can't be giving to me.
Thank you,

California Highway Patrol (CHP)
The CHP engages in unfair and unlawful (in our opinion) regulations and requirements pertaining to their official towing program. They unfairly discriminate against tow operators and base their decision on acceptance to the program on CHARGES and not on convictions. In this country we are innocent until proven guilty. The CHP's practice of holding CHARGES against an operator in in our belief un-constitutional.
This group seeks to change the rules regarding acceptance to the tow rotation program to be based ONLY on convictions of a crime and not the charge.
Join the fight against unfair practices by the CHP!
