Your Avocado, corn salsa is not as good as you stated to be!!
Now mostly a lot better of junky corn and oil, very little of everything else!!

On Thursday, February 16, I stop by your restaurant in California Fish Grill on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside California. Ill order the salmon and another type of fish combination to go.
I pay $16.60 and I put it in the fridge when I got home. I try to eat it on Friday the next day for lunch And the food smell bad I did not want it to eat that food with the fear that I might get sick. Who knows what the *** was wrong with the food this is my first visit and years I have visited the store and Anaheim Hills and Irvine and orange county would have no problems , on the other hand I enjoyed eating there with my family.

i ordered the catfish fried with fries and brussel sprouts and the kale slaw the fish was badly over cooked to the point that it was very burnt i took pictures and the brussel sprouts were also burnt. the fries and the kale salad was the only thing that was half decent

Most frustrating experience in a food place. My experience was extremely disappointing, unpleasant and angered me a great deal.
I live in San Francisco and traveled to Walnut Creek to celebrate our dearest friend who was celebrating his 91St birthday yesterday, Tuesday, February 7, 3023.
I wanted to surprise him who is recuperating from a medical surgery and specifically requested Fish & Chips with Cole Slaw.
WITHOUT FURTHER ADIEW, All my ordered food, including his favorite meal of Fish & Chips with sides of coleslaw were missing!!!I truly trusted your staff since they bagged & twisted sealed the plastic bag to go.
In addition, I ordered the pricey Hawaiian combo & Branzino with upgraded sides. Overall I am extremely disgusted and I immediately called the Walnut Creek location and was told & frustrated with everything! Customer service is unacceptable. I was embarrassed when my friend asked for the chips (French Fries) & coleslaw, the rest of food were no longer appetizing due to the mistake and lack of good quality customer service.
Please please I need you refund me. I cant find my receipt but I purchased these food items in person between 11:35am to 12:15pm in Walnut Creek.

I called there today around 11.20am and they took for ever to answer and then they had me on hold for almost 7 minutes and then I asked if I could make an order and put back on hold and then the same person answered again and switched me with another person and was finally able to place the order I also asked the person who took my order what kind of veggie they had and he said zucchini only then I get there and they also *** grilled asparagus and I said to the person that I was paying for my order and I mentioned do you have asparagus and he said yes and I said can I change my veggie and he said that my order was ready and I think that is not good service I was happy with the fish but not the service I left no tip

Food was good customer service is terrible
Employees are terrible with customer service take for ever to answer phone and not good with first time customer I was on hold for over 6 minutes and then still couldnt take my order he transferred me and the next person took my order I asked what vegetables they had and told me only zucchini and when I went to pick up the food I noticed there was a advertisement of grilled asparagus and I asked the person that I was paying if I could get the asparagus instead of the zucchini and he told my order was already done

Have tried Corporate offie and no respose for one week robot sick?
I ordered giant shrimp skewers plate plus an extra skewer! When I got my order and asked why the extra was not giant shrimp the person referred me to the manager ( I think her name is Erica who has zero people skills) she proceeded to argue that the order is correct!
I repeated my order of giant skewerplate plus 1 extra and she continued to argue with me! We were celebrating my brothers birthday and that was one of 4 rude things from her!
Then (even though Im elderly I have tried for a week to contact your corporate office and no one got back to me! Dont you care?!
