Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They refunded me $4.29 for the missing side. I guess the inconvenience didn't deserve anything.lol.

I ordered my usual meal online along with my family meals. Once we got home, I was first shocked at the portion size of my side, but I just said that's okay.

But after searching for my second side, I was pretty upset because it was not there. It ruined my meal. I called the manager, who basically told me to come pick up the side or, the next time, just let them know and they will add it. She was unprofessional and uncaring in her response.

I told her I had no desire to come back there due to her actions. This is my second time writing about this issue.

After increasing the price, the service seemed to suffer. I need a resolution to my missing side, and I am not driving 10 miles to pick up something they forgot and I paid for and the problems they caused me.

It does not sound to me like she was unprofessional or uncaring. She offered you a solution. You did not like it.

Always check your food before leaving restaurants to ensure accuracy. You must return UNEATEN food to obtain a refund or replacement.

Why, you may ask? Because the world, particularly restaurants, are full of grifters who lie and cheat in order to obtain free meals, thus causing higher restaurant prices for honest consumers and profit loses for small business owners. Don't be a grifter.

Check your order and return full orders when there is an issue to prove you are an honest person. Don't insult hardworking employees when they don't read your mind and make inappropriate offers of freebies that we know you were hinting for but not entitled to.

I pay $16.60 and I put it in the fridge when I got home. I try to eat it on Friday the next day for lunch And the food smell bad I did not want it to eat that food with the fear that I might get sick. Who knows what the *** was wrong with the food this is my first visit and years I have visited the store and Anaheim Hills and Irvine and orange county would have no problems , on the other hand I enjoyed eating there with my family.

i ordered the catfish fried with fries and brussel sprouts and the kale slaw the fish was badly over cooked to the point that it was very burnt i took pictures and the brussel sprouts were also burnt. the fries and the kale salad was the only thing that was half decent

Most frustrating experience in a food place. My experience was extremely disappointing, unpleasant and angered me a great deal.

I live in San Francisco and traveled to Walnut Creek to celebrate our dearest friend who was celebrating his 91St birthday yesterday, Tuesday, February 7, 3023.

I wanted to surprise him who is recuperating from a medical surgery and specifically requested Fish & Chips with Cole Slaw.

WITHOUT FURTHER ADIEW, All my ordered food, including his favorite meal of Fish & Chips with sides of coleslaw were missing!!!I truly trusted your staff since they bagged & twisted sealed the plastic bag to go.

In addition, I ordered the pricey Hawaiian combo & Branzino with upgraded sides. Overall I am extremely disgusted and I immediately called the Walnut Creek location and was told & frustrated with everything! Customer service is unacceptable. I was embarrassed when my friend asked for the chips (French Fries) & coleslaw, the rest of food were no longer appetizing due to the mistake and lack of good quality customer service.

Please please I need you refund me. I cant find my receipt but I purchased these food items in person between 11:35am to 12:15pm in Walnut Creek.

Is the fish grill in Burbank terrible customer service my first time ordering food there the fish was good but I left zero tip
