Verified Reviewer |Complaint about Staff Manager Disgusting Attitude and Filthy Appearance
- - Roxanne Valdez was sweet and professional.
- - Dues owed and paid via Apple Pay, the manager refused entry over account issues, and Roxanne witnessed.
I went to Family Fitness, 570 S Mt Vernon in the city of San Bernardino. I was helped by Roxanne Valdez.
She was very sweet, friendly, and very professional. She informed me that my dues were owed. I immediately paid the fee by Apple Pay. At that point, a very disgusting young man with a very disgusting filthy wrinkled shirt that smelled came over.
He wore glasses and a USA Navy hat. He would not let me work out because he stated I had several issues with my account. I told him I had recently received a different bank card but didn't have it on me. He was very rude and impolite.
I have had issues with him before and have heard multiple people talk about issues with him. I have been going to Family Fitness for years. I would like to see accountability for this issue. Maybe Miss Roxanne Valdez can help us with this issue since she witnessed the disgusting behavior of the manager.

- Good plan
- Not harrassing people because they have a usa navy hat on
Preferred solution: Have Manager wear Clean and Presentable clothes. Not to Smell like a Homeless. Especially when Showers are on site.

Talking about how the manager smells, what are you like 4?
I’m actually 53 . I’m not a person to Complain but Telling me I’m not able to workout after just paying my fees owed By a Man who looked Homeless!!!
. Wish you were there to witness.
A 53-year-old does not make childish comments about how a person smells, but a four-year-old does.
Nor does he make comments about how a man dresses. I do not blame you thought. When you were younger your parents failed to raise you right.
True
Why did you tell him anything other than you just paid Roxanne?
