Problems with policy

I recently opened a policy with national general car insurance and was not told to pay 200$ for brokers fee til after card was charged broker stated he sent me the documents thats explained the charges but never did receive it I saved all documents from sign up I believe my policy was forged by broker after openining policy as I have proof of not receiving agreement til after charged and declined due to insufficient funds since then Ive been harassed by multiple people in the agency from a couple different companies affiliated with company now says they are going to send me to collections if I dont pay full broker fee in the amount of 200$ when i was told 150 will be accepted to open policy as I paid the amount of 150 so Im not understanding why am I being harassed and discriminated against for something I wasnt aware of at opening policy

Preferred solution: Amount of 200 removed for brokers fee when we agreed to the set amount of 150 which was paid in full for policy

CDI COP OUT AND REFUSAL TO HANDLE VALID INSURANCE COMPLAINTS

Now, months after the California Dept. of INSURANCE (CDI) has sadly demonstrated its incompetence, negligence, and malfeasance by its refusal to investigate the utter failure of CNA INSURANCE, a CA insurer, to provide legally-demanded Professional Malpractice insurance data on its insured ATTORNEYS MORGAN AND MORGAN, over how that atrocious and boastful law firm botched my own accident case, it is now clear that the CDI commissioner, deputy commissioners, and fake ombudsman are equally worthless as protectors of Californians -- none of these officials took any slightest action to protect the interests of this California resident by enforcing our State´s insurance laws and rules! >Shame on CDI, CNA INSURANCE -- and MORGAN AND MORGAN, whose endless annoying TV ads misrepresent how they handle cases!BEWARE ALL OF THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY ENTITIES -- CA NEEDS TO ENFORCE ITS OWN LAWS AND REGULATIONS!

GIVEN THAT CDI AND ITS OMBUDSMAN ARE WORTHLESS, IN THE FUTURE I WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE CA GOVERNOR AND LEGISLATURE!

I am a retired professor of insurance who was abused by the CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE refusal to take my complaint against CNA Insurance, which refused to let me file my valid professional malpractice claim vs. Attorneys Morgan and Morgan for botching my slip-fall-broken arm accident case against a motel.

The CA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE (CDI) ASSIGNED INVESTIGATOR CLAIMED ERRONEOUSLY THAT CNA WAS NOT LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA, WHEN THAT GIANT FIRM HAS FOUR BIG CALIFORNIA OFFICES!

SO I WAS FULLY ENTITLED TO FILE MY COMPLAINT -- AND THE CDI WAS ABUSIVE, NEGLIGENT & INCOMPETENT!
I then appealed this CDI wrongful decision to the agency ombudsman, who was totally worthless, and finally to the CDI commissioner Lara, who never even bothered to reply! SHAME ON THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE -- A FULL INVESTIGATION BY OUR GOVERNOR & LEGISLATURE IS LONG OVERDUE, AND NOW DESPERATELY NEEDED!

User's recommendation: FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST AN INSURER WITH THE CDI IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT!
