AI Highlights
  • - Complaint filed against Rosland Capital.
  • - Coins were sold to fund commissions; payment delayed.
  • - I'm 77, widowed, with $150k in coins worth 1/4 oz gold.

I filed a complaint against Rosland Capital on July 7, 2026, and now know they will never pay what is owed to me, but they should face criminal charges for the deliberate intention to steal my coins and had no intention of paying me and sold coins to pay themselves commissions for sales. I also now have $150,000 worth of gold coins that I paid $1,700 for, which are only worth 1/4 oz of gold price.

They led me and others to believe the coins' value was secure. I am 77, recently widowed, and this was all my savings. In tracking my actions, or lack of action from them, while they continued to sell and not deliver and buy back returned coins with no intention of paying, they even called me to see if I would invest more money in their gold. When questioned about when they were going to pay me, they hung up on me, and calling back would result in them answering and hanging up the phone.

631 clients are in this same boat while they live in their mansions and drive fancy cars while clients have nothing.

So what is happening with my complaint? Thanks.

Preferred solution: Criminal charges against employees lying to clients knowing they would never get paid or receive coins paid for. It is clear they knew what they were doing and need to lose everything, am physically disabled, recently widowed, spouse of a Vietnam Veteran

User's recommendation: File something for criminal charges because they Knowling stole from clients

Your situation in life is not relevant. "Veteran's widow." Don't make me laugh.
