Food poisoning
Yesterday I bought my lunch at California chicken cafe and me and my daughters got food poisoning, we are very sick , I emailed and called and the person that talked to me on the phone simple hang up the phone in my face . No answers to my email . Awful customer service police .

Chicken scraps

Make sure you check your order before the driver leaves.
I am very upset with the Encino store. This is the 3rd time that they have forgotten something in my order and mind you I'm ordering catering for an office meeting.
They tell me I can pick it up or they can give me a credit. Neither, I paid for $35 for delivery AND I have to go pick it up. Very unprofessional. They say they don't have anyone to delivery it but they did the first 2 times.
I'm literally right down the street. All those people working there, I know someone could have brought it.
Like I said they made a way twice. They need to triple check orders before delivering.

California chicken cafe in Westwood used to be great suddenly under new management it has really deteriorated, We ordered several sides one of which we did not get till 20 minutes after we had been served our chicken, When I asked for a refund they acted like it was a big deal and it was my fault and they were doing me a favor Not good customer service at all California Chicken Cafe in Westwood CCC used to be one of the best restaurants around for its price range

same here... they are the worst for service and they really dont care.
ordered food, stated it would be ready at a certain time. came 10 min after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't.
still waited another 20 minutes, then called my name and gave me a bag only to discover that it wasn't my order. begrudingly i drove back and they said you "took the wrong order" like it was my fault and stated my order was on the shelf
