Lousy customer service

Branch and office managers of this despicable bank have to be the rudest most discourteous *** that ever disgraced the banking business! They treat their patrons like they are diseased animals ready to transmit covid19 to them!

After refusing to allow patrons into the lobbies without masks on, the bank managers have the audacity to walk around the bank no more than 3 feet away from patrons while wearing NO MASKS whatsoever themselves! All of this while demanding patrons to stay at least 6 feet away from the counters, and ordering patrons NOT to breath in the direction of the bank employees!

These idiot managers also repeatedly LIE to patrons telling them that it is a "state law" that the patrons wear masks in the lobby. IT IS NOT!!!

Cal Bank Trust is a thoroughly pathetic bank to deal with the most deplorably IGNORANT managers in the banking business. The managers are rude, discourteous, argumentative, and open faced liars!

This is a horrible bank to deal with.

Have been trying for over a week to get simple answers about my IRA. Keep getting people that believe answering my question with their question will solve the problem.

They refuse to allow me to speak with someone that is well versed about IRA's When asking for a Supervisor they will send me to another Customer Service person. Found out I was lied to and misled about person being a Supervisor. I can document the lie. Left messages for people to call back.

They Don't. When I finally got to a Supervisor, after much debate, he transferred me to someone from Zion Bank that could not help me as she was unable to access any CBT info. All I want to do is speak with someone / anyone, that is well versed in handling IRA's. And, don't ask for the IRA department as they don't speak to the Public.

They only speak to the Customer Service Reps. That's right the same Reps that can not answer a question.

WHAT MESS! Highly recommend you think twice about allowing these people to handle any of your accounts.

Preferred solution: Talk to a knowledgable person in Executive position that can answer my questions without going through several putting one hold then another question and on and on and on.
