Horrible place
- - Loud machinery woke us; front desk hung up and a rude night manager forced us to leave after we prepaid, plus a smoking fee.
We were asked to leave the hotel tonight because I complainwd about the loud noise that woke us up. The staff decided it was okay to run loud machinery right below our room waking us up.
When i called.the front desk they hung up on me. Then when the night.manger with the biggest attitude came to my room .
.i was standing outside at an ashtray smoking. She said i cant smoke.on my room. I told her i wasnt and never did smoke on the room!!!
She said well i am going to charge you a smoking fee They then sent a guy who i assumed was security to ask us to leave the hotel. Which we did We paid in advance for our room
So not only are we out one night stay
We had to find another room and pay for that. All becauae we.complained.about the horrible noise they were making.
The photo is of the ashtray outside that i was smoking at. Along with four other hotel guests.
