I tried to resolve my issue with Calgary portfolio, I sent them a check. The customer service representative was very rude.
Calgary portfolio remove the item from two credit reporting agencies, but left the item on one major credit reporting agency. This just further exhibits the ghetto run agencies lack of professionalism.

some lady from Calgary portfolio called me and when I asked what it was about refuse to answer until I told her who I was which you're calling me I'm not going to answer your questions to you answer mine. When I called back blocking my number I told them they do not have permission to record me. They immediately transferred me to somebody else who try to tell me that this call is being monitored or recorded for my protection again I told them I do not give you permission to record me they would not talk to me so if anybody calls you from this company and harassing you simply state you do not give them permission to record you they will not continue conversations

I just got bullied by Calgary about an ex from 18yrs ago?

I REALLY was just phone bullied by the rudest and most aggressive collection agent that must be out there!Thanks Calgary!(I don't have experience with them, but MY!) Did he REALLY just call my house asking for my exhusband that I divorced 18 yrs ago and not think i might ask who he is and why he's calling? And then he acts like an aggressive police officer or something to buly me? I would have probably helped him if he hadn't been so rude and scary. Instead, I found a way to warn the ex instead.
Yeah, good luck now.
And, yes, Calgary, I WOULD have emailed this to you and directly reported it but you conveniently don't have an email that i can send it to and I really am not in the mood to call you and be bullied again. Someone should report YOU and your practices, frankly.
