My name is Mark Henry and I live at 3108 Don Ethell Blvd S.W. My room number is 223.
Over the past three months, I have only received my paper maybe five times. One possible explanation for it is that the room number on my copy is wrong that's 419.
I haven't received any feedback from the Herald about it. I can be reached at

Paper has not been delivered since Friday?
I would like to know if my paper is going to be delivered today before I have to go out and buy one. Sometimes the paper has just been delayed because of other reasons. Good customer service centers around personal contact not digital button pushing.
