This company is rude and kinda stupid
- - Gift is egg-shaped; returns aren’t allowed.

- - Return to the manufacturer for credit or replacement.
I got a gift, and it was shaped like a huge egg, so they won't let you return or exchange it. All you would have to do is return it to the manufacturer and get a credit or new items in its place.
But if we don't tell you things, how would you know? This thing is misshapen, heavy, and not fast at all. Just return it clean and turn it into something else. Why make things harder than they have to be?
I want my money back or something better. Happy birthday to my wife and me.

I purchased 3 speed teaser bunny mini vibe and from the get go I thought I was acting strange for starts after charging it only stayed active for maybe 10 minutes So I then charged it I think the following day bc I have other toys and so I just brushed it off well I second or third day after receiving it I put it on the charger and same thing but whole it was on charge the light was very dim and then I let it sit for an hour 20 minutes and when I powered it on the light became very bright and started flashing like it was still on charge and then it shut off so I then put it back on charge and it turn on and the only way It will power on is if it is on charge.. I just stashed it in my lingerie drawer and pushed it to the back and kinda forgot about it..
I went on Walmarts site and seen where they do not offer returns and so I got really discouraged like well damn and then a few weeks later I was like well actually was Walmart did not sell it to me I purchased it through a third party so when I contacted them they informed me that my purchase should be under a 1 year warranty with you guys the actually makers. I believe it was purchased in March but anyways they sent me all transaction info to get my replacement..
They are great about sending replacements! They will take great care of you!
