Lack of assistance from authorized dealer

I have been trying to get assistance from the authorized Caldera dealer (Spa Warehouse) located in the Seattle area. I am in need of a new top and cleaning and set up that service a few weeks ago.

The contractor came out to do the work but did not have the cover that I was promised. I spoke to a manager and was assured the cover would be placed on order and arrive within 2-4 weeks. This was after three tries of talking to different salespeople, none of whom took any time to address my issue. I called today to inquire about the status of the cover and was told that an order was never put in for it.

This is extremely disrespectful customer service.

My hot tub is sitting outside with no cover and no one at the Spa Warehouse is showing any professionalism in trying to rectify my issue. I would like to speak to someone to have this matter addressed immediately if possible.

Preferred solution: My hot tub serviced, and a new cover ordered and installed.

Piece of spa flawed

No one answers calls. Ive had 2 of this companys spas and no way to speak to anyone who can help me. Poor customer service
