I can't order online I don't have a password I am a guest also when I called the customer care line it said they were busy and then said they were closed and hung up on me now I am going to look else were for what I was going to order from you

Verified ReviewerFishing rod drag defective, Company will not replace
I bought my wife a brand new r2f ready to fish rod and reel combo and the first day she used it the drag malfunctioned opening it up to look, and I know what I'm doing I've done in a million times the drag was made out of a cheap plastic, upon calling South Bend Calcutta outdoors was told that it was my problem they could not do anything about it take it back to the store Walmart in West Hartford would not take and replace it, so now the dilemma is I have a rod and reel a real mostly that is defective my wife is heartbroken.
DO NOT BUY FROM SOUTH BEND-CALCUTTA OUTDOORS LLC. THEY DO NOT HOLD UP THEIR WARRANTIES!!!
