TERRIBLE Management

I cant get ahold of anybody at CALCAP. They do not answer their phone, they do not return their phone calls. They do not resolve issues. They do not keep up with maintenance. They do not care about then tenants. They have cockroach infestations that they dont fix.

User's recommendation: If you see CALCAP as management, run as far away as possible.

These people are sick! How they treat their tenants and take advantage of them including varies forms of discrimination! Calcap Properties was in charge of Parkside Apartments in Mesa from June 2021-Feb 15, 2022. It was bought out by Golden Parkside Investment LLC....
