- The frequency machine arrived not working.
- Service guided troubleshooting; error persists; no response after sending a photo.
I received the frequency machine and it did not work. I called Customer Service and they walked me through plugging and unplugging, etc.
everything to get it to work, but it still would give an error code.
I sent a picture of the machine with the error code and I still have not received a response. I called Wednesday and left a message and again no response I would like a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
