I signed up for their 3-day free trial to test the service. During the trial, I quickly realized that none of the advertised features worked at all.
The service was essentially unusable.
Because of that, I tried to cancel before the trial ended, but the platform would not allow me to unsubscribe. The cancellation option was blocked until a payment attempt was made, which already felt wrong.
After the trial ended, they attempted to charge my card, but even after that, my account was still treated like a free version.
The platform kept asking me to pay again, and I never received access to the paid features I was supposedly being charged for.
To make things worse, customer support never responded, and the paid service was never delivered.
After this happened, I noticed that many other users online report very similar issues, which makes it seem like this is not an isolated case but a pattern.
