Don't buy anything from Cairn Properties; they will promise you everything to get you to buy from them. When you do, they are hateful, snotty, and do nothing they said they would fix.
Don't walk—run from this place; do not move here.
Horrible place to live. The manager here is hateful and snotty to me all the time.
Preferred solution: Everything I was promised, and not to be lied to

Don't move to Royal Park because the owner are so lowdown! My friends hated it and the neighbors can't stand the loud noises! The lot fee is more than $300 a month!
The landlord is something else! Don't rent anything from Royal Park! Also you don't have any privacy!

I moved in to Parkview 8 years ago and find that there is no consistency and fairness. On your lease it says no pit bulls. The management says they were grandfathered in. Not those pit bulls came afte
In sending review we never got a response. The manager of properties has other properties she manages.
Her parents mall and her apartments How can she be forthcoming for your company.
Weeds , pit bulls , 5 orb6 people living in 2 bed mobile home. No consistency and when I address factual issues she lies .

Horrible place to live an management experience is horrible
A working vehicle parked at my residence has a tow sticker it is tagged runs an custom truck I built but the management aka amber is picking an choosing who to jack with an after a conversation that she was unwilling an short with no understanding with her claims her husband has managed to aquire the stuff she chose to say it has to be gone or else funny but now my vehicle that is up to date tag runs in great shape just not driven everyday is a problem. Please get me a real number or person to talk to before cost follows an we are in court... an unhappy stuck resident.

This person said pay your lot rent bill or get evicted! The audacity of her after paying on time for the past 1.5 years I've been here.
All because I inquired about a water leakage in our yard that turned out to be a main waterline next to my shed and next to neighbors home also yet the bill states if any concerns please speak to management to investigate the bill, YET SHE WAS QUICK TO DISMISS IT TO THE HOMEOWNERW/O consideringlookinginto it...so in no way 2 people consume 13000 gallons of water in a month while at work and there are no leaks in the home sounds fishy and wrong. Worst of all the threat mentioned if you dont pay I'll evict you...WHAT IS CAIRN PROPERTIES DOING ABOUT IT IN TEXAS...

Well you don't put up with their crap you go straight to Better Business Bureau and you report them then you talk to a lawyer and you sue them and you put in the lawsuit if they retaliate then they will be closed down don't put up with their crap you don't have to

Eviction for overbilling
The mobile home park charged me 1700 for one months rent and utilities which they admitted was probably inaccurate but they still stuck me with the bill and when I refused to pay it but I would pay my rent she started to refuse my rent payments until I was 3 months behind so she had a legal reason to evict me which I'm going through now and it's *** they can get away with this has anyone else stayed here or had problems with them!?

No they cannot get away with that crap quit playing around and take him to court guess what you will win
