Trying to return an item and no one will speak or return my calls.
Purchased a Claire Companion 5 which is a machine to supply oxygen to me. However, my doctor wants me on a c-pap machine so I have been trying to return this Claire Companion which I paid $995.00 for.
Been calling since 8/20 leaving messages and no one will call me back. I have called and waited in their queue to speak with someone only to be cut off.
I need some help in resolving this issue.
