After nearly an hour on the telephone with Cahoot Customer Enquiries the advisor said that the security questions he had asked me were not all answered correctly and that as a result he had been locked out by his computer and couldnt take my enquiry any further because he couldn't get back in.He suggested that I phoned in again and made a fresh application for assistance and maybe there could be some alternative security questions asked which might actually answer my problem. The adviser simply did not seem to be in charge of my enquiry and I am getting worried now that Cahoot has my money in my account but cannot find a way for me to access my account.I am unable to send an email as this can only be done after successful login so I seem to be going around in circles.

I am unable to log into my account and repeated calls to your Customer Service have failed to sort out the problem. The people I have spoken to on the telephone cannot assist me and I can't send an email because I can't get to my page online.

I am getting desperate because I cannot access my substantial savings (over £80,000) and need to meet medical expenses. Please assist.
Thank you.

Preferred solution: Their attention to the fact all my money is in my account there and there is no way to access it.

User's recommendation: Bear in mind there is no way to contact Cahoot when you cant get on line to leave a secure message and their Customer Service team cannot solve a problem online.
