Bad customer service
- - I asked for avocado toast with one extra egg and was told to add two, but they gave one.
- - Refunds were mixed up and I got $2 for $4 eggs.
Terrible service. I asked for an Avocado toast with one extra egg.
I was told I had to order two extra eggs. So I did. Then they only gave me 1 extra egg. So then they said theyd refund me for the extra egg but they refunded someone else by mistake.
Then the woman behind the counter, her name is Bailey, says shes frustrated and can she give me cash. I said sure . Then she says Treat me like a human being. This is after she gave me one extra egg after charging me for two, and then refunded someone else incorrectly.
Then she gave me $2 in cash even though the price of the eggs was $4. I have been taken advantage of.
Abominable service. This Cafe Réveille on Chestnut street in the Marina.
Preferred solution: Full refund
