Brit will not answer phone

Want to order. EVERY SINGLE 6-8 weeks. I called to make an order. The company always put the recorder on. I'll leave a message. They never called back. We used to travel to Costa Rica is 2 to 3 times a year. Love your coffee but don't understand why we have to call 3 to 5 days in a row leave a message every time and never get a call back ever one single time in over 10 years, and it's like we got to just keep on calling, and then they're like oh some excuse. It's like do you want our business or not

User's recommendation: Either answer the house phone or give us a number that we can call that somebody will answer and except our order.
