The customer service was not good at all and also the product posted on the site was different from what they sent.

Hi!
I purchased a printer from your site about a month ago. and immediately after receiving it, I realized that this printer was not the same as the one I saw on your site.

I contacted customer service to return it and let them know. But unfortunately, they say that I have to pay the shipping fee myself. I have been emailing you for almost a month now, and every time I receive the same sentence, I finally have to accept the payment of the shipping fee. I have to pay when it's not my fault and I'm very unhappy with this situation.

According to the return law of the product that came to your site, before the end of 7 days, I informed you that this printer I saw on the site is not, and the cost of returning it should be free. I'm sorry you pressured me into accepting the return fee.

Hi!

I bought a printer from the CAFAGO website. Still, after setting it up, I realized that almost 80% of what I saw about this product on the site was different, I immediately emailed the company, and three days later, I received an email with a photo of the defects.

Two days later, they emailed that it was impossible to return it due to the high cost, and the company wanted to give me 5% compensation, which I did not accept. I emailed several times and did not receive any response until today, 9 days after receiving the product, they emailed me to pay the return fee myself. At the same time, this was not part of the return rules on the site and I had announced the return of the product from the first day of receipt.

It has been more than a week since we contacted you regarding the return of the product we purchased from you, and how we can return it, but unfortunately, we have not received any solution from you. We received a printer from you, which unfortunately, spreads its color when using it, which is its biggest flaw.

I waited 15 days for my SameBike-ebike. after assembly and charging, i took it for a ride, then parked it and brought it inside. today i got on it, push on button and hit throttle lever. red lights went off and would not come back on. bike 2 days old. no response from service team. no help at all. SO, here i sit w/ a brand new bike that doesn't work.

I got the packaged damaged ( huge obvious hole ripped, you could even see it was smashed through hole). did not know I should not have accepted package but accidents happen, needed printer for work and had already been waiting a month, thaught maybe it will work but it is broken. They kept saying yes a refund of 5 dollars, send photos, send video, send back but I have to pay shipping, get repaired. I wanted a refund or a new machine immediately but they would not even give a return adress.... I found someone to fix (possibly, he thinks he can). If not there is no charge, if he can it is $100 Canadian dollars plus gst and pst. They now sell this machine for $118 and I paid $187, now have to pay for shipping to return a broken item? Was looking forward to getting this and purchasing more (first time costomer, was testing out). Will take review off if this is fixed properly, not sure anyone is concerned or busy with virus thing. It is hard for me as well. Now I have to buy a new printer. They should have sent a new one right away instead of this headache. Ill send there stupid broken one back no problem at there expense if they really want or need it. Useless waste of time, it looked like a 5 year old wrapped it, may has well wrapped in paper. There was not even a box. If I was sending something halfway across the world it would have a waterproof bag, padding and a box at minimum. Waste of time, thanks guys. Iknow it is the post offices fault but gave you option to send claim, you could have already sent a new one and had this paid for by insurance, you should have this sorted not me. Good luck with your stupid company, you still can not even give me a return adress
