Cannot log in and was playing earlier and bought chips

Every time I start to automatically log in it stops and starts over. Earlier today I logged in from PCH and played and purchased points and everything was fine.I am trying to log in now and can't log in. My email is grj661@***.com. Earlier today as I said I got to log in and you knew my name and everything was ok. Please send me an email once you have corrected the issue.

User's recommendation: Try to make sure there is an actual support telephone number available.

Dont give Playtika your money. They fix their games for you to enjoy 5-10 mins then lose

I have been playing Caesars Casino since May 2012 - I was in the first Caesars FB group before the present Stompers group. After about 4 years of playing, I had just past Gold and halfway to Platinum. I am never reset because I am part of the loyalty group on that account. My status was low and that's WITH buying coins about 5 times a year @ $50 each. I was tired of seeing these big wins being posted in CC groups and the players all said the same thing. If you buy, they let you win...at least for a little while. I decided to make a new account in my maiden name. I started from Bronze as a new account with full intentions of buying coins. I was reset the first time on Dec 31st, 2016. After buying $200 a month for 3 months, I was Platinum. I was given an Account Manager and 2 months later was made VIP. After only 5 months of playing! The AM said that's bec I was buying $200 a month. Platinum status also made the prices on my coin store go up. I was annoyed, but the AM gave me 50% off coupons nearly every day AND it wasn't because he liked me. It was because Playtika learned if players have a coupon, they will buy. I was spending $1000 to $2000 a month! One month after selling our house, I spent $7500! Playtika should have seen me as an addict and banned me, but I was a cash cow for them. After 13 months, I was Black Diamond. Much to my embarrassment (now that I tally it all up), I did buy too much, but at the time it was money I set aside for games every month. You can't go higher than Black Diamond AND you have to maintain a certain amount of status points to keep it. One to two purchases a year is what it takes to guarantee it. But I bought much more than that. I am now on level 19,676. I have nearly 8 billion status points and over 2.5 billion reward credits. To spend them you have to go to Caesars online catalog to buy stuff. For years I have been buying various store gift cards with those points bec my husband plays on his own account, He uses his ID to cash in his points and I was using my ID for my married name. I don't have an ID in my maiden name for these 2.5 billion reward credits. Each $25 gift card is 5,000 reward credits. If you do the math using 2 billion coins divided by 5,000 reward credits, it comes to 400,000 gift cards. Face value is $25 each x 400,000 cards and it comes to $10 million in gift cards. They know this!! So they aren't allowing me to use the reward credits online to cash them in at their online catalog store. They want me to physically come into one of their casinos, prove who I am with ID, take my picture and file some government forms to cash out my points but ONLY at $25,000 per year. Playtika takes away credits if you don't use them every year, so they deduct 10,000 reward credits for every year. So the 2.5 billion will be short about 10,000 reward credits per year - so far I am in year 4 so that's 40,000 reward credits. I still have over 2billion left. I am now in Chapter 13 bankruptcy because I am in debt over $200,000 of which a little less than half went to Playtika over the last 3 1/2 years. I am not happy admitting to that much buying but I stopped buying in Dec 2019 because of the losing every day and getting pissed off at a game. A game! I should have wasted my anger on something I can do something about! In reality, their slots have been in "take" mode since the foreigners bought the company, but for me it has been since summer 2019. It took me until October 2019 to realize it. There is no fun in it anymore if you cant win. As soon as you win, you cant enjoy it for very long bec they take it all back very quickly. Plus the higher level you get, they raise the minimum bet. For me it went from 50M per spin to 10B to 25B per spin which means you can't even spin unless you bet that amount. Logic says to stop playing when you think they are fixing the game, but a true addict cannot quit playing. I admit it - I am and will always be an addict to slots. But from Dec onward, it is for fun only - no buying. I quit buying and that got the latest AM up my *** telling me that I was her top player at level 16,995. AM's lose commission on every player who doesnt buy. My weekly AM gift went from 250 billion coins a week down to 7 billion a week bec I stopped buying. If I ask for a coupon to buy (trying to finish the 4 kingdoms game to win 4.5 trillion coins), I was given the lowest coupon of 10% which is of no use ($5 off $50, or $10 off $100) -- just useless. A coupon means you have to buy coins. Some months, if I spent $5000 that month, I MIGHT get a coupon worth 30% off, but that was rare. I've been through 9 AM's in the last 3 1/2 years - not one was worth anything. Last year I saw I was being double charged on my Paypal -when Playtika also charged my credit card for the same exact purchases. So I put the credit card purchases in dispute with the credit card companies, and Playtika couldn't come up with proof of separate purchases for Paypal AND for the credit card buys, so I won my case.They had to credit me back $25,000+ for credit card disputes. The next day, they banned me from buying on all Playtika platforms, however I could still buy using FB and that's what I did. I should have quit. It took longer to investigate the Paypal charges. But Paypal has insurance if you use their Paypal credit card. When you dispute any charge, Paypal's insurance gives you the items for free. Then Paypal went after Playtika to get the $20,000 that they wiped off my account. They are still in litigation with Playtika. $20,000 was a spit in the ocean for how much money I spent. I do know about the class action against Playtika for CC and Sloto. I know they want to get one going for BBlitz and WSOP but they need REAL lawyers to file them. There are fake lawyers who put up posts like this thread and then abandon the thread - never to be heard from again. Meanwhile the thread gets long with disgruntled customers/players and it's all for nothing. Bec the original poster was not a lawyer - all he/she did was create a *** forum for players to vent. While my comment here is also a vent as a pissed off player, I know this whole idea of a lawsuit will go nowhere. The class actions lawsuits that are ongoing were started back in 2015, 2016, and 2017. I called one law firm that is handling one class action CC suit to see if I had any recourse, and the lawyer told me that class action suits like this one can go about 10 years before they get to court. They MIGHT get heard but that's only if a judge says he will take on the case AND only if he doesn't get paid off by the company AND only if there is enough proof to back up the claims AND if the plaintiffs are legit AND not hiding behind a bunch of FB names with 20 to 30 FB accounts to play their games. I do commiserate with all Playtika players for their $$ losses, and their angst at how fixed their games are, the constantly changing prices in the coin stores with popup sales that make you feel cheated when you just bought coins at a higher price 10 minutes before the sale popup. When you see you are losing all the time and you are getting pissed off - just quit. Move on to something else. Good luck to all of you who are reading this. Make the decision today to quit all Playtika games - make them go out of business. If thousands quit, it will hit them hard in their wallet because they deserve it! They sure have robbed our wallets. I am not proud of it but I will not let it continue. They got their last dollar from me. I am done with them. EDITED: I opted to edit this comment and when I did, the sidebar says to give as much detail as possible so the company can get some insight into their players and possibly reach out to you! SO THIS THREAD WAS MADE BY THEM!! With the info I provided here, they probably know who I am and i dont really care. But I refuse to sign this comment on principle. I hope they have to pay back Paypal the $20,000 and I hope none of you will keep buying their coins after you read this comment.

Cheated out of my points

In January 20 I had over 2 1/2 billion points accumulated in my account when I was asked by Microsoft to reset my account and down loaded the app I was only given 140K in points. How can I get my points back
