Purchased an e-gift card online, kept getting declined because the bank blocked the card, assuming it was due to it being a transaction from Canada and not the US. The bank approved the transaction, but it seems as though Cactus Club also blocked our transaction, as they sent us an email confirming the transaction and sent a second email following that first confirmation email, saying it was declined. Our bank statement still shows that it was charged and not pending, and we would like to know if we can receive a new link or get refunded.
