Failed stain

Hello, I put down your gold sunlit walnut last fall on my deck. As snow melted, I was very disappointed with the outcome.
I bought 3 gallons of it and now have to redo it because it looks horrible. I would like a refund for the stain I bought.

- - Met with Matt at Cabot 5/28/25; sent invoices and photos on 6/21; no acknowledgement, then was told the claim is in the works and check hasn't arrived.
I contacted Cabot on 5/28/25 and talked to Matt. He was very understanding and told me to send in invoices and pictures of the problem.
I had a little trouble finding the invoices and sent them on June 21. This is when I started to get upset! I expected a text or some type of response saying that you had received the requested items. Because I did not get any acknowledgement I send texts to you asking if you had received them.
But there was no reply so I called with a number I had to locate and I FINALLY got an answer. I was told it was in the works but I have not received the promised check yet,
