Airline changed dates and scheduled till the next day

I have asked to cancel 1 nights accommodation as our flights are now the next morning. We are keeping the other dates booked. I am unsure if the outcome as yet but found the customer service lovely and professional regardless of the outcome. Thanks you kindly Cassandra Ropata
