Poor service

The Owner would not service a new Maytag washing machine brought from them a year ago. I was Refereed to Maytag’s 800 service/warranty number.
The Owner made Lots of promises about service and their reputation before I bought the washing machine. The owner Mark *** toots a Local, generational family owned business hype when purchasing @ Cabin Hill Maytag but try and get service after you buy from him. He became indignant when I questioned him about his service promise @ the time of purchase.
He was short tempered & arrogant to both myself & my husband. Be cautious when listening to their empty promises.
I will not buy from Cabin Hill Maytag again or recommend cabin hill Maytag.
