i got stuck and paid $75 for same day roadside assistance and have been waiting 3 hours for this joke of a job theyre doing. i am requesting a full refund of the $75 i paid for delayed service of over 4 hours.

this has made me especially pissed off that the way that they answer the phone is like they have to respond like a robot, they cant give any information besides we are waiting for a tow truck to be assigned to you besides that we cannot do anything else, another option you have is you can leave the keys in the vehicle and let the tow truck bring it out for you (and I mean with the keys in the vehicle, while youre away from the vehicle, in the middle of the night as it is currently midnight, here, and extreme cold weather with no way to plug it in, and being unable to do a thing besides sit in the vehicle and freeze your *** off)

So for our pain and suffering and long wait time, as we have no one to pick us up, I dont trust our keys left in the vehicle, and nobody will steal it on us, we are especially pissed off for it, and want our money back for the same day help because we technically waited to tomorrow
