I paid deposit on the 23th of March 2023 and until 29.04.2023 nothing. Had no choice like to ask for money back.

Chasing quote

CAA kitchens rang them 2 weeks ago one of the staffers came down and took measurements.. not a problem...
she was nice polite a bit hard too understand but we managed...did like her.. heres the problem over the 2 weeks i have rang CAA two times for my quote ..
i even rang yesterday late arvo...the lady that answered promised me that they will ring me back with the quote... she actually said that same exact response to my first phone call to CAA and guess what as i am typing this review i am sitting here still waiting for a call back from CAA ....guess i will be waiting even into the next lifetime

I entered into this contract with caa on 8/28/10.Caa is expected to keep there own part of the contract just like i do but all the promises of calling me and my son on the phone conference to discuss the contract was just a fluke since i signed the contract.
Please you need to call caa to order to do its part of the contract and will be ready to do my part of the contract even if i just lost my job in Sept.2010.The Coaches do not call nor answer calls when we call,they put us on hold for ever.Please advise your client to do the right thing or some of us will go to the media and other appropriate quarters to report this oppression.Caa has no customer services but oppress customer with collection services.That is not Fair. Caa kitchens of norwood(now down on hansen rd) did a great job with us. we got charged $7500 only.
ithers were quoting us $20,000 plus.
They are hard to communicate. we did have some minor problems but they did fix it up. Also they were working till 10:30pm too. i was not impressed but they got it done in only 2 days.
alby turner said they will take a week if they got the job. the qouted us nearly $30,000.
Our friends are so jealous as our kitchen is so nice.if you use caa make sure you keep an eye on them while they are installing.

Stuffed my new kitchen and can't fix it
- - Kitchen installed by CAA Kitchens in Norwood SA.
- - Bench cut by 70mm; dishwasher spacer omitted; drawers and handles damaged; refund discussed and delays.
In october 07 i had a kitchen installed by CAA Kitchens[at norwood sa].
The first day there were 2 men from 11am to 10.30pm,the second day 3 men from 11amto 3pm,the 3rd day 11am till 10.45pm.
They did not follow there own plan and cut my bench short by 70ml which was a spacer for a dishwasher to go in.They informed me that 450 was standard size for a dishwasher after the kitchen was done i went to purchase one and standard size is 600 a 450 dishwasher is over $1000.
They came back to fit in the 70ml spacer that they left out and asked me for the $150 refund the gave me the first time they stuffed up by not putting it in.
now the handles have come off the draws and chipped the paint,they have fixed that but now two of the same handles have come of and chipped paint again and two draws keep sitting out they won't shut they keep sliding open and these people say they can't fix it for 1 month they are too busy.
Do not use these chinese people they are a nightmare.

I deal with kitchen complaints everyday and one of the most common is CAA kitchens, otherwise known as Sunnys Kitchens. Their products are cheap Chinese imports and the quality reflects this. I suggest to pay a little more and use a reputable Adelaide company, one which uses quality Australian products and fabrication.
when caa came out to install my kitchen, they said a pipe was in the way & I had to get a plumber to shift it (the plans I gave them had the measurememnts of the tap so they know it was there!!!) anyway got plumber out caa kitchens cam eback 1 month later & put the kitchen in but one of the doors was damaged - it took them 3 months to come back & replace it - in short - yes theya re cheap - but they are the most disorganised business I have ever dealt with
