Horrible Too Expensive
supposed to help my child prep for GED. No communication, teachers didn't really teach, they gave him a book to do for 2 hours.
If anyone has had the same experience or can point me to the right direction of who I should talk to for some sort of reimbursement

I am very disappointed with the experience offered by C2 Education in Cupertino. I signed up for a $10,000 package, expecting it to benefit all my children.
Initially, the quality was acceptable, but after the ownership changed, the quality significantly declined, and none of my kids enjoyed studying there. More importantly, the current owner seems more focused on securing signed contracts rather than improving the center's quality. I urge you to consider other options. In addition, their system is very disorganized.
Their staff informed me that I had to sign a new contract to continue using my credit, so I signed it without thoroughly reading it.
Later, I discovered that I had agreed to have all my credits expire in 45 days. As a result, I couldn't get any money back.
User's recommendation: Be careful to choose this center before you pay. Refund is not possible.
