I trust and recommend C. Thomas Thames.

He is my primary financial adviser and I never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. Tom handles all of my retirement accounts as well as my business and personal life insurance. It has always been obvious to me that Tom truly enjoys his work and that he makes a special effort to help people, whether they have a lot of money or not. I started doing business with Tom when I was a young man just starting my own business, and he has always gone out of his way to help me succeed.

And I am especially appreciative of the guidance that he has given to my adult children. When I first starting doing business with Tom I told him that I wanted an adviser who would give me the facts and his best advice, even if it was not what I wanted to hear.

He has always done exactly that, and he has been a big help to me, my family, and my business.

As you can see I have a negative review on this site that was posted by Reyes. Reyes is one of the many aliases used by Peter Dzoghi to post several reviews and remarks on the internet. He might like for readers to believe there is more than one person complaining, but there is only one - Peter Dzoghi. You can read my responses to Peter Dzoghi and all of his aliases at cthomasthames-reviews dot com and at cthomasthames-peterdzoghi dot com.

Twice I posted a 1 star review on Yelp about C Thomas Thames but it keeps getting removed. I think I know who keeps getting Yelp to remove it. Yelp said that my client experience with Tom Thames happened too long ago (1990's). That's what they "said". I've heard other stories about how Yelp reviews manage to get removed. Who knows? Either way I think everyone will agree that this is BS because people would like to know about my story! It's really quite eye opening! So I am posting my truthful review on a newly created web site at http://www.cthomasthames-review.com

Anyway Mr Thames (out of central California, Folsom, Lodi, etc) would sell me variable annuities (which are very long term investments that have "surrender fees") then Tom would constantly change his mind about that variable annuity that he had just sold me and instruct me to switch to a different variable annuity all in a relatively short period of time. This cost me at least $30,000 in early "surrender fees". So he sold me 7 variable annuity contracts, changing his mind about the previous 5 variable annuity contracts.

There's more but I won't go into it here. One investment that Tom said had great promise lost 2/3 of its value in short order. As my investment adviser / broker Tom had a knack for costing me lots of money.

Hopefully Pissed Consumer will notice this and remove one of the duplicates.

I have nothing to say about the complaint posted by Reyes but I guess it is obvious that I am on Tom's side.

As I said, I trust him.

Tom Thames is back to his usual acts of distraction. I ALREADY HAVE posted irrefutable documentation on my public service web site cthomasthames-review dot.

com!!! View these irrefutable documents then ask yourself who is the person who is playing the deception game here and what does that say about that person's character. Annuities are not "trading vehicles"! They are meant to be held for many years -- NOT MONTHS!!!

Ask any securities attorney or respected financial adviser for confirmation on this.

Yet Tom consistently and repeatedly called on me to switch annuities after only about 3 months, 7 1/2 months, 8 months, 8 months, 8 1/2 months, and 17 months! Tom's "financial advice" cost me at least $58,000 in surrender penalties.

I am C. Thomas Thames the subject of this complaint.

I deny Reyes’ allegations and I invite all viewers to go to my website: cthomasthames-reviews.com and read my Response to Peter D and Aliases. Be sure to type (reviews.com) because Peter D has set up a website with the same name as mine, with one exception. He uses (review.com). I am sure he hopes to confuse viewers and draw them to his website and away from mine.

That alone should tell you something about Peter’s character. Peter by the way was actually in the business of deceiving and tricking people so he is pretty good at it. On the home page of my website you will find a list of sites that contain reviews of me and my business. At the bottom of that list and at the top of each page you will see Response to Peter D.

Please read it. By the way, Peter D, Reyes, Bob, and Oakland R, are one and the same person.

Peter uses several other aliases but they all tell the same story and none of them provide any proof. Thanks for reading.
