Same day!The orders for their guide will be sent starting in 2-3 weeks, it is due to a manufacturing issue (of that one product at the C-Span store). Thank you p.c. for posting and getting a response so quickly.
I am sure if there hadn't been an availability issue (not typical)that would have received it weeks ago. Should get it before May ends.
that was a spotify store was unknown, until three weeks of service at c-span emails were sent (six-6 -weeks after order confirmed) the only contacts that spotify call center or chat bot cares to interact with are sellers, account holders. no help there. suggest get refund but they don't do it. good listeners.
my order wont be sent until nine-9- week point/ lucky if get it within 11 weeks(!) June 1. VERY deceptive c-span offers 2-3 day delivery, that is also untrue, since all orders of that item were not to be sent "until mid-May", still 3 weeks away!!!

I believe you should correct the title of the Democrat Party in your voting count screen displayed during House voting on CSPAN. You have the Democrat Party as 'Democratic.' This is incorrect as the correct title is Democrat.

I requested the phone number for C-SPAN customer services to be able to leave a message Thanking them for the Great Public Service they provide, as sort of a Watchdog, putting a Spotlight on the SICK, DISFUNCTIONAL Way A LOT OF members of our Government behave, Showing the Rest of us EXACTLY who these people are and gives us the ability to MAKE OUR OWN JUDGEMENT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO VOTE THEM IN OR OUT OF OFFICE. .THE MAIN REASON I WATCH C-SPAN ON THE WEEKENDS IS Because of THE FANTASTIC SHOWS GIVING TOTALLY UNVARNISHED PROGRAMMING REGARDING OUR GREAT AMERICAN HISTORY!! THE BEST PROGRAMMING WITHOUT BIAS,I BELIEVE.

almost 50 dollars to get back from my bank, regular ground shipping should not be 1 month wth it might be 3 months ! never again-- site says c-span sends in week.
took over 70 days MORE, after April 24 to receive my order from March. Fed Ex and Postal service got blamed for c-span shop shruggy attitude toward "whenever".
Fed + usps together are slower than 1 snail with pointing at each other mainly. Can't track or find package , exactly the M.O. of c-span. Beware.
UPS or DHL can't be requested. Weather was not ever an issue, they had few staff filling orders, holidays that can't pass on delivery and start -overs. postal service uses Fed Ex as scapegoat.
worst of all less than 70 miles from me on my coast was the order filling center. not laughing.
