Bad company

They need to be replaced by a water company that actually knows about customer service. They don't even get bills mailed out on time. Bill is due in less than 10 days and no bill. Their excuse is the post office must be slow. I called the post office They say they haven't received a letter from c &r to go to my address. At the moment if I get a late bill I am thinking of seeing them. I have never had a service this bad from a utility company till now.

This is a privately owned company that is taking

advantage of people because they are the only option as a water company in my area. All the personal working there are very rude and careless with the

exception of one sweet older lady.

The manager (who should be the good example for the other personal working under

her) unfortunately treats you the same way as her staff.

I just wanted you all to know that there is a very helpful place to go called the PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION". They will

help you with complaints against unfair companies like this one if

they can see that you are not treated fairly by the water company. The

manager didnt help me with my case at all until she realized that there was a complaint against them with the public utility

commission.

There Is also a $115.72 minimum fee no matter if you use less water, this is higher than an electric utility.

Also, I got charge $21 fee for paying my bill online using Payclix as they charge a percentage depending of the amount of your bill. THIS IS CRAZY!

Giving the company one star is too much, but unfortunately there was not an option for zero stars.

Preferred solution: I don’t want to get anything I want the State of Texas and the customers learn with what kind of very bad company they are dealing with and where to find help.

User's recommendation: They will tell you that your meter is broken and need to be remplace. Do not let them remplace the meter without you watching and make sure to read the meter before they take it.

Failed in every way worst water management company ever

Negative 100 stars! C&R water or Wagner's, Which ever you're calling yourself today.

They are required by state law and our tariff to read meters monthly, they fail to. They read them about every 6 months.

I received a disconnect notice on 01-20-2022 that was postmarked 01-18-2022. The tariff and state law says they're required to send a 10-day notice before disconnect. I emailed them to verify that it was not post marked until the 18th.

And ask if that was correct and if I was ok till the 28th. Of course, no reply. I paid the bill before they opened on the 27th, and they came out about 11am and *** the water off even though it was paid. They demanded I bring them 100 dollars before they would turn water back on.

I went out to pay and got there, and they don't take cash. As I understand it, they stopped taking cash because some employees were stealing. So they no longer take cash. I went and got a money order.

Wrote C&R water and lake Bonanza in it. A couple of hours later I got a call about 1:15 pm that they couldn't take the money order because I wrote both C&R water and lake Bonanza water which is the name of our water supply.

So I had to get another money order and take it, and they still have not turned water back on a day later. They suck, we need another honest management company!!!
