My neighbor had a fence installed. The fencing company took down my fence without my permission, knowledge, or even a conversation.
The claim was that my fence was on the neighbors property. I showed the company my survey which clearly demonstrated my fence was on my side of my property line.
The company said they would put my fence back up the following day. Which they did. It only took them 25 minutes.
It was not nailed to the posts, not leveled, and you could pull down the end pieces with one hand and I'm a 65 year old woman.
I called the company and was treated very unprofessionally. I was told in follow up communications that I was in the wrong, they had every right to take down my fence, I was just looking for something to complain about. The owner kept referring to my fence as the "old wooden fence" which was not the point! After several disturbing exchanges I decided I did not want this company to fix their blunder.
I had a friend take down the fence and place it behind mine and my neighbors garage.
The company refused to pick up the fence.
Unfortunately for my neighbor, her new vinyl fence is already looking like it may not last the year.
Do not use this company!! There are too many other good choices.
